This is Nanyuki's newest best kept secret. Our Boutique Hotel rests a trek away from Mt. Kenya's foot , Africa's second tallest mountain and Kenya's first.

Our boutique hotel feels secluded and world's apart from the bustle of Nanyuki town, which is 15 mins away.

The villas embrace a minimalistic approach. They are all raised on stilts and surrounded by glass giving you unobstructed views of Mt. Kenya.

On a cold evening, you can indulge in some tea or sundowners at the base of your villa as you enjoy the warmth of the cosy fire place and chat the night away.

If you are a thrill seeker, then you're in for a treat. Whether you're solo or a group, we can arrange an adventurous hiking escapade for you.

Choose from treks, horse back rides to some parts of the mountain or a helicopter tour regardless of the timeline (half day, full day or a couple of days).

Ukiyo's level of hospitality is 5*. Food is from farm to table. Now, the bed is so comfy, we overslept. Have you ever walked in to a bathroom and you want to seat there all day? Wait until you see their bathroom finishes. Yaani, this place is a place you go to get lost.

And then there's the views!!! I shall let you experience that for yourself. Morning coffee or a glass of wine to unwind by the balcony is an experience on its own.
