Before you proceed with your stay, we kindly request that you carefully review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our facilities and services. By making a reservation or utilizing our facilities, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms. 1. Reservation and Check-In:
a. All guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation or check-in. Valid identification, such as a passport or government-issued ID, must be presented upon request.
b. Reservations are subject to availability and rates at the time of booking.
c. Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
2. Payment and Cancellation:
a. Payment for your stay, including any additional charges, must be settled during check-in. We accept major credit cards, cash, or bank transfers.
b. In the event of a cancellation, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid any cancellation fees. Failure to cancel within the specified time will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
3. Hotel Policies:
a. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are available, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by smoking in non-smoking areas.
b. Pets are not allowed on the premises unless specifically authorized by the hotel management.
c. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
d. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any individual who violates hotel policies or behaves in a disruptive or disrespectful manner.
4. Guest Responsibilities:
a. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. The hotel shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
b. Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and refrain from excessive noise or disturbances.
c. The hotel is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Guests are strongly advised to take appropriate precautions and travel insurance.
